Resort Exterior

The Jaguar Village composed of Twelve gorgeous ocean view condominiums located immediately on the left of the first roundabout at the main entrance to Hacienda Del Mar. This parcel is beautifully positioned, close to the Club House facility, offering unsurpassed amenities overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Here you will enjoy fine dining, a gym, an infinity edge pool and magnificent gardens within a charming tropical atmosphere. With two distinct elevations, one for the condominiums themselves and the second for recreation, Jaguar Village is able to enhance the resort living community with different activity settings and provide unforgettable experiences surrounded by nature and wonderful neighbors.

Following the belief of limiting its footprint on the environment, the development has been designed with the principles of sustainability and common sense. Strategically placed on the upper level of the site, each condominium unit will allow its guests to enjoy the Mediterranean flare architecture with its glorious ocean views from their main rooms, balconies or terraces. The inviting pathways of the lower elevation will provide walking access to the tennis court within the property, an outdoor work-out circuit, a fire pit, a playground, day beds for private spa sessions or just plain enjoyment of the natural surroundings. Each Condominium at The Jaguar Village has been strategically positioned for an optimum view of the Papagayo Peninsula and magnificent Pacific Ocean. Twelve gorgeous “one level living” units of ~1,700 square foot area will be defined by the highest quality in design, construction, and excellence in value. Each condominium will be independent of the others, without common walls between them. The units are accessed by a panoramic ocean view elevator that will open to a common lobby for each two units. In addition, each building will have under ground parking, disabled access to an infinity edge lap pool and deck area on the first terrace of the parcel as well as a gazebo area with bar-be-que facilities.

All exterior finishes are intended to be of subtle hues, with warm tones and nature-inspired colors. An aqua green and beige rock veneer will enhance all facades, limiting the perception of height. Concrete simulated moldings and end caps will provide elegance to the different architectural elements. The remaining exterior walls will blend in with the natural surroundings in a soft light adobe color stucco that will finish and enhance the aesthetics of the buildings, keeping them in harmony with the surrounding landscape. All roofs will be of red clay tiles and will have tropical ventilation to provide additional reduction of the need for artificial air management, as will the R-16 insulation in the walls. In addition, all windows and glass doors will be dual pane, and of the highest quality possible, with hardware resistant to corrosion and the ocean air. All railings are intended to be of excellent construction so that maintenance is kept to a minimum. A distinct architectural detail will provide discrete housing for the mini-split air conditioning condensers that will be installed on the exteriors of the buildings. Gorgeous, sustainably designed sloped landscape areas will be terraced so as to have the two distinct levels blend together, creating interest and drawing attention to the terrain rather than the buildings. Horizontal landscape surfaces will utilize “Cantera style” (simulated cast stone) along pathways with filtering systems to avoid large areas of hard surfaces, walls of natural stone, and parking areas with paver stones.
