Resort Exterior

The Jaguar Village composed of Twelve gorgeous ocean view condominiums located immediately on the left of the first rotunda of the main entrance to Hacienda Del Mar. This parcel is beautifully positioned in the most proximate vicinity of the Club House facility offering unsurpassed amenities overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Here you will enjoy fine dining, a gym, an infinity edge pool, magnificent gardens within a charming tropical atmosphere. Divided among two distinct elevations, the intent of the development has been to enhance the resort living community, with different activity settings and provide unforgettable experiences surrounded by nature and wonderful neighbors you will soon encounter.

Followed by the belief of providing back to the environment, the development has been designed with the principles of sustainability and common sense. Strategically placed on the upper level each unit will allow its guests to enjoy the Mediterranean flare architecture with its glorious ocean views from their balconies or terraces onto the inviting pathways of the lower elevation that will provide a walking access to the tennis court within the property, an outdoor work-out circuit, a fire pit, a playground, day beds for private spa sessions or just plain enjoyment of the natural surroundings. Each Condominium at The Jaguar Village has been strategically positioned for an optimum view of the Papagayo Peninsula and magnificent Pacific Ocean. Twelve gorgeous “one level living” units of ~1,700 square foot area will be defined by the highest quality in design, construction, and excellence in value. Each condominium will be independent of each other without common walls adjoining each other, accessed by a panoramic ocean view elevator to each floor that will open to two units per story. In addition, each cluster of buildings will have covered parking, disabled access to an infinity edge lap pool and deck area on the first terrace of the parcel as well as a gazebo area with bar-be-que facilities.

All exterior finishes are intended to be of subtle hues, with warm tones and nature-inspired colors. An aqua green and beige rock veneer will fragment all facades avoiding the perception of height. Concrete simulated moldings will surround, and end details providing elegance to the different architectural elements. The remaining areas will blend in with the natural surroundings in a soft light adobe color stucco that will finish, and enhance the aesthetics of the buildings in harmony with the impacting topography. All roofs will be of red clay tiles and will have tropical ventilation to provide an added value to the artificial air management as well as receive an insulation film of R-16 rating to enhance this need. In addition, all glazing will be of dual panes, and of the highest quality possible, with hardware resistant to corrosion and the ocean air. All railings are intended to be of excellent construction so that maintenance is kept to a minimum. A distinct architectural detail will provide discrete housing to the mini-split air conditioning condensers that will be installed on the exteriors of the buildings. Gorgeously, sustainably designed sloped landscape areas will be formed with the effort to have the two distinct terraces blend in together and create interest to the terrain and avoid specific attention to the buildings. Horizontal surfaces will encompass “Cantera style” (simulated cast stone) along pathways with filtering systems to avoid large areas of hard surfaces, natural stone, as well as parking areas with paver stones.
